BHA + Needling Shot?
I was wondering if a BHA + Needling Shot combo would be a good idea. You get BHA and a fast firing arrow that could easily interrupt when dazed.

If you're using Discord / Sab, you'll have minions beating on shit, and that should prevent most if not all casts. If you're using a physical heavy set up, you'd be even more coordinated and even not need it providing you have an Earth Shaker. If you're running something random, you'll have something attacking anyway.

Yes, Needling could be used as a 'hard' interrupt on a dazed spellcaster. It also gives relatively good damage on hard targets and can be used to finish the work.

With BHA costing 15E and Needing 5E each time, it could get quite energy intesnive by the time you add in preperations/stances/watever else youve got on your bar.

Ranger primaries have expertise for a reason, if you spend some attribute points on it you'll find that BHA does not cost 15E and Needling does not cost 5E.

I'd throw a zealous bow in with that. -1e pip isn't too bad considering how much attack-spamming you'll be doing.

Needling shot working on only <50% health is too restricting. If somethings that low on health I'm gonna be using [Finish Him!] to kill them instantly rather then plink away and hopefully interrupt something. Enemies just shouldn't be sitting around at low health, you should be focusing your attacks and taking them down individually and quickly.

This just about sums it up. If the foe is below 50%HP, and it's not a Hard Mode boss, it's just a few seconds from death anyway.

I'd rather just use [[Flail] for an ias instead of spamming [[Needling Shot].

In combination with daze you wouldn't be using it for the 0 second recharge (even though that can come in handy when it does) but because it is cheap (effectively 2E), spammable with a 4 second recharge and has a fixed activation, so you can interrupt at will rather then at random.
